Assistant Manager

Zeppe’s Pizzeria and Tavern is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to work closely with the general manager in running the day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate has two years of similar experience and is looking to grow with our team. Salary is based on experience but up to $52k or $22/hr + monthly and annual incentives, paid vacations, health/vision/dental insurance and 401k options available.

This is a hands on position and strong kitchen skills required. Responsibilities include working with the General Manager to:

· Provide an exceptional guest experience through consistent and quality food and beverage preparation with world class service

· Recruit, interview, hire and train team members

· Control profit & loss through sales, cost of goods and labor goals

· Maintain local health and safety codes, and ensure company safety and security policies are met
