Senior Manufacturing Technician, 2nd shift
Exton, PA (USA)
Onsite (Monday - Friday 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM)
As a Senior Technician Manufacturing, you will maintain an organized workflow and ensure appropriate system transactions are performed in a timely and accurate manner assuring dsm-firmenich products are of consistent and high quality for our biomedical division.

Responsibilities:
Assist with performing designated operations within the manufacturing department, non-controlled and controlled environment
Work within job/position specific deadlines and schedules set by production schedule/supervisor
Handling of chemicals and solvents may be required
Provide basic support to outside own department as needed
Assure product quality through close attention to detail, inspection methods, and in-process testing as required

You bring:
High school diploma or equivalent required/ Two-year technical degree preferred
3+ years’ experience, preferably in Medical Device manufacturing or GMP related industry
Learn and Independently operate all processes and procedures in the Pour and Freeze Dry room for Collagen.
Learn Workings of all Machinery. Be diligent in following Routers and SOPs.
Assist Acting Room Lead with Training and Supervision of Team Members.
Assist with Maintaining and Filling in of Shop Orders.
Be willing to be trained on all aspects of SAP.
Cross training in other Collagen areas and needs and opportunities dictate.
Maintain flexibility in order to complete production activities with the team.
Work closely with Supervisor and Group Team lead.
Be a fill in for when Lead is not present.
Be proactive in spotting mistakes and taking corrective actions.
