We work with members throughout Wisconsin to find providers that fit each of their needs. Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible.

We are looking for caregivers for an adult who lives in her own home and is in need of care. Experience with Tube Feeding preferred.
 
WAGE:
• $50 per 30 minutes

SCHEDULE:
• You build your own schedule (10AM to Noon Monday through Friday)
• Help train and assist respite caregivers
 
JOB DUTIES:
• Tube Feeding/ Syringe Injections
• In Home Check Ins

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must pass a background check
• Proof of Valid Registered Nursing Licenses
