Robert Half is seeking a Project Manager III within our Application Technology and Innovation (ATI) department focused on delivery of HR and Financial Solutions (HRFS) globally.

This role requires an experienced Agile Scrum Lead to join our dynamic team at Robert Half.
As a Scrum Lead, you will facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum SAFe processes within our organization, ensuring the company can work collaboratively and efficiently to deliver high-quality solutions.
You will work closely with development, quality, and business teams to ensure that the work progresses on schedule and to the desired level of quality. Additionally, you will serve as a coach and mentor to our team – helping to foster a culture of continuous improvement and ensuring that the team is meeting its objectives consistently.
This position is a part of HR and Financial Solutions and reports to Manager of HRFS Delivery Management. The position is designed as 100% remote.
What You'll Do
- Supports the team in addressing and eliminating the impediments/issues to improve the likelihood of achieving the objectives of the Iteration.
- Track the team velocity, burn up/down using the data from Jira and Domo
- Coordinate end of release demos
- Focuses on ever-improving team dynamics and performance and coaches the team in self-management.
- Helps the team improve and take responsibility for their actions; facilitates the team retrospective. Teaches problem-solving techniques and helps the team become better problem-solvers for themselves
- Team facilitator and is continuously engaged in challenging the old norms of agile/iteration development to improve performance in the areas of quality, flow, and velocity
- Closely track team and report any issues that might impact the sprint/release deliverables
- The Scrum Lead supports the team’s efforts to continuously improve communications and relationships with other teams
- Facilitates team events, including the Daily Stand-up, Release Planning, Iteration Planning, Backlog Refinement, and Retrospective ensures they are productive and kept within the timebox
- Collaborates with the Product Owner in their efforts to manage the backlog and guide the team while facilitating a healthy team dynamic with respect to priorities and scope
- Communicate risks and issues to stakeholders.
- Ensure that the team follows the SAFe Agile Framework and adheres to Agile principles.
- Seek understanding of the project objectives to support the team.
- Collaborate with application team leadership on advancement and progress of the Scrum team.
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree in computer science preferred.
- 5+ years’ experience SAFe Scrum Master
- Certification in Agile methodologies, like Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
- Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Communication that consistently demonstrates advanced clear, articulate, concise; verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies.
- Strong ability to influence others and present ideas persuasively
- Ability to interact effectively with senior-level audiences
- Ability to prioritize and focus effort
- Ability to lead, coordinate, and collaborate with technical teams
- Organization/prioritization: consistently utilized and effective over own work.
- Experience in DevOps and AWS (Amazon Web Services)
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience using Jira tool.
- General knowledge of IT applications and infrastructure environment.
- Experience in SAFe preferred.
The typical annual salary range for this position is shown below and is negotiable depending upon experience and location. The position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus.
