• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand or identify defined work problems and program goals, obtain prioritized deliverables, and discuss program impact.
• Prioritize program goals, understand and translate other stakeholder’s needs into program goals and prioritized deliverables.
• Define the scope of projects and develop, execute, and/or manage project plans for supported program(s).
• Review key metrics pertaining to a program, monitor potential metric deviations, and define corrective actions for critical deviations.
• Implement maturity frameworks across multiple programs factoring in emerging regulations and proactive detection of risks.
• Identify, communicate and collaborate with relevant stakeholders within one or more teams to drive impact and work toward mutual goals.
• Telecommute from anywhere in the U.S. permitted.

Minimum Qualifications

• Requires a Master's (or foreign degree equivalent) degree in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Applied Sciences, or a related field and three years of work experience in job offered or technical program-related occupation
• Requires three years of experience in the following:
• 1. Delivering tech programs or products from inception to delivery
• 2. Working with technical management teams to develop systems, solutions, and products
• 3. Analytical and problem-solving experience with large-scale systems
• 4. Defining program requirements, setting priorities, and establishing scope including defining the roadmap and long-term strategy of the teams
• 5. Managing cross-functional dependencies, risks, and changes effectively by optimizing scope, schedule, and resources accordingly
• 6. Developing and owning communication plans to effectively and proactively communicate program status, issues, and risks to stakeholders
• 7. Partnering with cross-functional teams to drive technical analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post-implementation phases
• 8. Defining and tracking key metrics and key quality and performance indicators and driving cross-functional execution of program deliverables
• 9. Identifying and analyzing complex, long-term, critical infrastructure problems with engineering leaders and stakeholders
• 10. Driving internal and external process improvements across multiple teams and functions including reducing the manual efforts through automation

$195,278/year to $198,220/year + bonus + equity + benefits
