Overall Responsibilities:
The Facilities Manager is responsible for overseeing and agreeing contracts and providers for services including coordinates local meetings, catering, technology and other needs of Onsite and Hybrid workforce as well as supervising a team of five people, and ensuring that basic facilities, such as water and heating, are well-maintained and managing maintenance.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee the coordination building space allocation, services, and facility expansion 22 office locations
- Monitors the progress of installations and other facility modifications
- Manages local Facilities team on office moves and assists in decommissions and modifications
- Manage contracts and vendor relationships for office equipment for all PCG offices.
- Review and approve invoices through Workday CRM software
- Support employees and Managers in local offices (two locations in Boston)
- Manages Administrative Assistant and coordinates local meetings, catering, technology and other needs of Onsite and Hybrid workforce
- Coordinates and monitors activities of contract suppliers.
- Initiates planned maintenance program for office equipment.
- Manages building maintenance activities and staff.
- Works with a Facilities team of 10 including Maintenance, IT, Security and Financial Analyst
- Ensures facilities meet regulations and environmental, health, and security standards.
- Manages annual and quarterly security audits
- Internal ticketing system queue and external use of vendor ticketing portals
- Responds to facility and equipment alarms and system failures.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 7+ years’ related facilities experience
- Experience managing multiple responsibilities and must have strong project management skills
- Working knowledge of vendor management and contracts
- Previous Supervisory Responsibility of 5 or more employees
- This is an in person, on-site position – location 148 State Street, Boston, MA

As required by applicable law, PCG provides the following reasonable range of compensation for this role: $110,000-$125,000. In addition, PCG provides a range of benefits for this role, including medical and dental care benefits, 401k, PTO, parental leave, bereavement leave.
