We are looking for a Working Student in Global HR Learning & Development, based in Munich.

In this role, you will assist in designing and implementing training programs, support talent development initiatives, and contribute to creating an engaging learning experience for our employees. You will join an international team with members based in locations such as Singapore, New York, and more. The Impact You Will Have
As a working student in HR Learning and Development, you will have a significant impact on our team by assisting in the creation and execution of innovative training programs. Your contributions will help enhance employee skills and foster a culture of continuous learning. You will support talent development initiatives, ensuring our team members have the resources they need to succeed. Your efforts will directly influence our organization's growth and employee satisfaction, making you a vital part of our mission to nurture talent and drive excellence.
Some of your specific responsibilities could include:
- Supporting our development programs and/or our dual study program, e.g. issuing completion certificates, managing requests, interacting with external vendors
- Preparing onsite & virtual meetings
- Consolidating L&D reporting, extracting insights, and preparing analysis.
- Preparing communications in different media channels to promote learning programs
- Preparing documentation for our internal talent discussions
- Managing the Learning & Development mailbox
- Ad-hoc data requests
What You’ll Bring to the Role
- Student in the fields of for example Human Resources, Learning, or Data Analytics
- Passion and curiosity for Learning & Development topics
- Strong quality awareness and attention to detail
- Organizational talent with the desire to work independently as well as being part of a team
- Ability to multi-task
- Creative with basic design skills
- Analytical and conceptual strength with a high affinity for numbers and IT tools
- MS Office professional, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Proficiency in English is required; fluency in German is a plus.
Further Information:
- Duration at least 6 months (preferably longer)
- Working hours: 20 hours/week
