Luxury Spa Receptionist - Bellagio

THE JOB: 

As a Spa Receptionist at Bellagio, you will be the welcoming face and first point of contact for our valued guests.  Your role will involve managing appointments, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience for all visitors.  You will play a crucial part in creating a relaxing and professional atmosphere that reflects the high standards of our spa creating WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.

THE STARTING PAY RATE:  $15.00 / Per Hour + Commission 

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Deliver consistently professional, friendly, and engaging service to surpass guest expectations
• Adhere to all departmental policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation standards
• Assist guests with Spa and Salon appointments, including check-ins and check-outs, while providing enthusiastic and high-quality customer service
• Ensure exceptional customer interactions by addressing questions and concerns with professionalism and courtesy
• Manage the daily cash bank and maintain accurate financial records
• Demonstrate proficiency with the spa/salon software system to support operational efficiency
• Actively promote and sell service treatments, enhancements, upgrades, and retail products
•  Notify management of any guest concerns, and report on supply or equipment needs

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• 18 years of age or older
• Must currently hold or be able to obtain a Food Handler’s card
• Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Two (2) years of previous experience in a similar luxury spa or salon setting
• Retail and guest services experience
• Excellent organizational skills to function effectively under time constraints and within established deadlines, with particular attention to detail
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
• Capable of standing and walking for a majority of the shift
• Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal forms
