BUNGE has an exciting opportunity available for a Senior Compensation Analyst. This is a key role in developing, implementing, and maintaining Bunge compensation programs and structures. This position will conduct in-depth analyses of compensation data, salary surveys, and market trends to ensure that the Bunge’s compensation strategies align with business objectives and remain competitive. The Senior Compensation Analyst works closely with Total Rewards Leadership Team and HR Business Partners to provide compensation solutions that support employee attraction, retention, and engagement.

Some responsibilities of the Senior Compensation Analyst are:
- Compensation Program Design: Design or support, review, and implement compensation programs and salary structures that align with Bunge goals and industry benchmarks.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and participate in compensation surveys to analyze the competitiveness of salary ranges and pay practices.
- Job Evaluations / Job Leveling: Evaluate and classify jobs within the Bunge Job Architecture based on duties, responsibilities, and qualifications to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
- Data Analysis: Analyze compensation data, identify trends, and provide insights and recommendations on compensation-related matters.
- Salary Planning: Assist with annual compensation planning and forecasting, including merit increases, salary adjustments, and incentive plan reviews.
- Compliance: Ensure compensation programs comply with federal, state, and local regulations
