Senior Manager, Technology Program Management

Responsibilities

Peraton is seeking an Amphibious C4 DODIN Manager to work on-site at Camp Smith, HI. This position will be responsible for the following:

 

-Ascertain, validate, and advocate for Marine Corps Amphibious shipboard C4 DODIN Operations requirements for the Commander MARFORPAC and other Operating Forces stakeholders.

 

-Provide advice and technical assistance to Headquarters Marine Corps (HQMC), INDOPACOM, MARFORPAC, Major Subordinate Command (MSC) staffs pertaining to Amphibious ships C4/DODIN Operations requirements.

 

-In conjunction with HQMC, Marine Corps Capability Development Command (MCCDC), Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC) and others, develop architectural plans to help ensure current and future Information Technology (IT) systems meet operational needs in the Pacific.

 

-Monitor status of Defense Readiness and Reporting System-Marine Corps (DRRS-MC) reporting of subordinate operational units. Advise the Information Environment C4 Branch head on communications readiness issues.

 

-Fulfill Joint and USMC coordination guidance and requirements for development of capabilities specifically for the development of amphib C4/DODIN Operations capabilities within the MARFORPAC Area of Operations (AO). 

 

-Provide technical support to incorporate USMC C4 requirements, into the CNO Afloat architectures, USMC C4 architectures, and Combatant Commander's C4 architectures. Identifies USMC C4 requirements and advocates for their inclusion in the overarching architectures.

 

-Evaluates architectures and recommends changes to current and future Cyberspace Operations capabilities in support of the warfighting functions.

 

- Provide DODIN Ops analysis, planning and integration across the MAGTF, fixed (garrison) or Joint domains.

 

-Assess operational impact of new technologies aboard naval ships and its effects on the deployed Marine Units. Attends Operational Planning events in support of Amphibious C4 planning requirements.

 

-Coordinates common MARFOR positions on Amphibious C4 DODIN Operations Requirements with COMMARFORPAC and resolves them with staff members of the Assistant Commandants of the U.S. Marine Corps to develop Marine Corps positions, policies, and requirements.

 

-Member of various Navy, and USMC C4 related working groups providing COMMARFORPAC perspective, requirements, and positions related to afloat and expeditionary requirements.

 

-Keeps track of past, planned, deferred, and cancelled C4 installations for each L-Class ship assigned to the Atlantic and Pacific Fleets.

Qualifications

Required education/skills/certifications. 

• Minimum of 12 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 10 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 7 years with Ph.D. may consider HS 16 years.
• 12 years of specialized experience, with supervisory or management experience
• TS/SCI clearance required.
• Expert Knowledge in DODIN Ops analysis, planning and integration across the MAGTF, fixed (garrison) or Joint domains.
• Expert knowledge of the C4 capabilities of each L-Class ship assigned to the Atlantic and Pacific Fleets.

Target Salary Range

$176,000 - $282,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
