Cyber Security Technical Lead

It allows our customers to dramatically reduce the complexity of cyber protection, leverage scarce resources, and significantly increase their awareness, visibility and control of their critical OT assets, thus increasing their defenses at a much lower cost.
The role of the Cyber Security Technical Lead is to work closely with our clients to deploy and manage the Verve Security Center software platform as well as assist clients in analyzing and managing their cyber security posture. The candidate will work with and lead a larger project team, and must be able to maintain critical deadlines with minimal supervision. This role has significant client-facing responsibilities, and therefore requires an individual committed to our client first mindset.

Primary Responsibilities
- Deploy and manage the Verve Security Center software to address client cyber security needs
- Maintain, configure and update operating systems, applications, and supporting software
- Troubleshoot performance issues with computer-based systems
- Manage clients and client projects as the primary customer technical contact
- Basic configuration of switches, routers and firewalls
- Conduct hardware and software upgrades/replacements.
- Work closely with clients to develop solutions, solve problems, remediate vulnerabilities and communicate progress
Qualifications
- Two-year or four-year degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security or related field of study
- 6+ years’ experience with administration, integration, installation, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and commissioning of hardware and software
- Experience deploying and configuring Windows Operating Systems (Linux OS experience a plus)
- Proficiency with Windows Administration and Windows Server
- Experience leading projects and/or managing clients
- Ability to review and troubleshoot network equipment including switches, routers and firewalls
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
- Experience with IBM BigFix a plus
- Industrial control system knowledge and experience a plus

- Availability for 30-40% in-week travel
