Responsibilities: 

• Provide Skilled Nursing
• Report to the Manager of Care Services
• Complete Assessments on a rotating schedule
• Safety 

What we are looking for: 

• Experience with Home Care
• Current RN License 
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Valid Drivers License
