We are hiring a Care Lead to oversee caregiving operations in Benton Harbor, MI. This role is ideal for experienced caregivers ready to take on leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Provide in-home care and cover open shifts as needed
• Conduct caregiver interviews and assist with hiring
• Perform client intakes and assess care needs
• Conduct supervisory visits to ensure quality care standards
• Support and mentor caregivers in the field

Requirements:

• Previous caregiving or healthcare experience required
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Must be willing to travel within the service area
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required
• Ability to pass a background check
