Dew Software, a leading player in digital transformation, is seeking a talented Epic Ambulatory Application Analyst to join their growing team. This Healthcare professional will work with the latest cutting-edge technologies and innovative approaches to support the digital transformation journeys of Fortune 500 companies. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing Epic Ambulatory application support, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities to ensure optimal performance, while working collaboratively with other members of the team and clients to achieve project objectives.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to Epic Ambulatory application users, performing technical problem-solving, triaging, and resolution in accordance with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Participate in the configuration and testing of the Epic Ambulatory application to ensure that it meets the client's requirements and guidelines.
- Collaborate with end-users, stakeholders, and developers to identify and evaluate business requirements, and recommend effective Epic Ambulatory application solutions to enhance operational efficiency and performance.
- Develop and maintain Epic Ambulatory application documentation, policies, procedures, training materials, and user manuals as per industry standards and best practices.
- Work with stakeholders to identify, track, and monitor Epic Ambulatory application issues, risks, and opportunities, and report them to upper management.
- Stay informed about the latest industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to Epic Ambulatory application and use that knowledge to drive innovation and enhanced performance.
- Participate in the development and implementation of Epic Ambulatory application upgrades and new releases.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- At least 7 years of experience in Epic Ambulatory application support, configuration, and maintenance activities in a Clinical Healthcare setting
- In-depth knowledge of Epic Ambulatory application workflows, modules, and functionalities
- Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities, tasks, and projects simultaneously
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization and external stakeholders
- Epic Ambulatory certification and hands-on experience with Epic applications.
