Your Role and Responsibilities
Prepare appropriate documentation and ensure that new functionality is properly transitioned to business users and other application teams that interface with SharePoint 2016/2019, Teams, Yammer, Azure, SharePoint Online, Azure, Power Platform and distributed systems.

Develop ECM/BPM SharePoint Objects leveraging REST, MVC Architecture and SharePoint best practices. Assist with initiatives for developing Microsoft solutions/designs based on best practices, and by leveraging available toolsets SharePoint, Visual Studio, ASP.NET, IIS, TFS, SQL DB, SPLUNK, FTP, ULSViewer and Fiddler).

Leveraging functional/business requirements to design and develop ECM and Web objects. Developing quick wins and proof of concepts (POCs) using SharePoint 2013\\2016, Visual Studio 2017/2022, Managed file transfer tools, State Farm SDLC delivery methodology and SharePoint Migration tool.

Participate and contribute to development and management work plans.
Participate and develop Distributed landscape strategies including optimal setup to support multiple/parallel project deliverables.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
1) 3+yrs of experience in Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, PowerBI, SharePoint (online, on-premises/SharePoint server subscription edition), SharePoint Search, Teams, VIVA Engage\\Yammer, OneDrive, One Notes, Dataverse, Purview, Microsoft Copilot and Power virtual agent
2) 2+ yrs of experience in Azure Entra ID/Azure Active Directory, Azure privileged identity management, Azure Functions (Kudu, Web service editor), Azure Logic Apps, Azure Storage, Azure Key Vault, Microsoft Graph, Azure Insight, Azure Api Management, Azure Runbook and Azure DevOps

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
1) 2+ yrs of experience in Visual studio 2022/2019/2017/2015, Visual studio code editor, PowerShell ISE\\Shell, STSADM 4) 2+ yrs of experience in PnP-PowerShell, PowerShell, C#(5.0, 6.0, 7.0), Angular JS, jQuery, HTML, CSS, TypeScript, JSON, XML
