The Product Manager at Resilinc will spearhead the development and execution of our roadmap, emphasizing AI and data solutions within the supply chain industry. The successful candidate will be a proactive and experienced product manager, driven to maintain our leadership through innovative solutions that enhance supply chain visibility and efficiency. Your core responsibilities include deep diving into market demands, synthesizing customer insights, and leading cross-functional teams toward the delivery of superior, data-driven solutions designed to solve complex supply chain challenges. The ideal candidate will possess a profound understanding of the supply chain ecosystem, with expertise in AI solutions, data analytics, and a deep comprehension of the user journey. 

What You Will Do

• Strategize with Key Stakeholders: Work collaboratively to define and prioritize enhancements specifically related to AI and data-driven solutions, aligning with market trends, customer needs, and strategic business goals. 
• Lead Product Lifecycle with a Data-Centric Approach: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring solutions not only meet but exceed standards of quality and relevance in the context of supply chain data integration and analytics. 
• Drive Engineering Collaboration for Impactful Solutions: Partner closely with engineering teams to develop and implement high-impact features, ensuring timely and within-scope delivery. 
• Measure Success Through Data:Establish and monitor key performance indicators focused on the effectiveness and efficiency of our data solutions, assessing their impact on the supply chain ecosystem. 
• Deep Dive into Customer Feedback: Engage directly with customers to deeply understand their data challenges and gather insightful feedback to inform product development. 
• Facilitate Solutions with Client-Facing Teams: Collaborate with client support and services to address client issues, leveraging insights to refine data-driven solutions. 
• Market Positioning: Work with the marketing team to clearly articulate the unique value proposition of our data-centric solutions, highlighting the benefits of AI and data capabilities in solving supply chain challenges. 
• Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep a pulse on industry and technology trends, conduct thorough market research, and perform competitive analysis to ensure our solutions lead the market in terms of innovation and value in AI and data analytics.
•  Showcase Product Capabilities: Conduct demonstrations of our solutions to both prospective and existing customers, emphasizing the strength of our AI and data capabilities. 
• Educate and Empower: Lead train-the-trainer sessions and create compelling training materials focused on maximizing the value of our data and AI solutions for customers. 
• Communicate Vision and Updates: Regularly present roadmap insights and updates to customers, highlighting upcoming enhancements and strategic directions in the realm of AI, data solutions, and user-centered design principles. 

What You Will Bring

• 3+ years relevant experience as Product Manager plus additional experience in areas such as integration, data solutions, implementation, consulting, customer support or other relevant roles. 
• Experience on SaaS and DaaS solutions. 
• Experience with supply chain risk management or related fields required. 
• Experience with bringing data / content solutions to market highly desired. 
• Experience with bringing Enterprise SaaS and/or web applications to market highly desired. 
• Demonstrated success defining and launching widely adopted products. 
• Experience with user-centered design, use cases, and agile development methodology. 
• Strong client relationship management and team orientation. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment working with cross-functional and offshore teams.
