This state of the art facility will produce multiple therapies for the company’s growing biologics portfolio. Global Biologics Laboratory (GBL) responsible for the release testing of Biologics Drug product for the network, is also based on the Cruiserath Biologics Campus.</p><p>BMS Cruiserath has been <span>awarded “Biopharma</span> Company of the Year 2019” in the Irish Pharma Industry Awards and is certified as a Great Place to Work since 2017, including as a Great Place to Work for Women in 2020, 2021 and 2022. </p><p></p><p><b>The Role</b></p><p><span>BMS Cruiserath Biologics is seeking to recruit a permanent <b><b>Senior Specialist, Reliability Maintenance (Technician)</b></b> who will perform a lead technical role within the Reliability Technician shift team. </span></p><p><span>The successful candidate must have a high degree of competency in the execution of Reliability Maintenance and Calibration according to established work practices and in line with Reliability Excellence standards. </span></p><p></p><p><u><span><b>Key responsibilities will include:</b></span></u></p><ul><li><span>Be the point of contact for the shift technician team. Providing a clear line of communication to the </span> <span>Manager, GMP Maintenance Lead (Shift)</span> <span> through end of shift summary covering Key areas of <span>Safety/Quality/Downtime/Delivery</span> & People.</span></li><li><span>Liaise with Manufacturing and GMP Maintenance Shift Leads on maintenance work progress and planning within the 12 hour shift.</span></li><li><span>Deputise for Manager, GMP Maintenance Lead (Shift) on shift handovers.</span></li><li><span>Mentoring, Training, Coaching and development of other technicians on key tasks such as OJTs on LOTO/SPCO/CALs and upskilling on complex work order execution activities. </span></li><li><span>Operating to and maintaining dynamic schedules - Management of any changes to work plan between shifts through prioritisation and managing last minute unforeseen changes to the plan at start of shift or during shift as needed**</span></li><li><span>Ensuring highest standards of Safety and Quality compliance are adhered to on shift through coaching and regular auditing of safe systems of work as well as participating in Quality Event reviews on shift with MFG & QA.</span></li><li><span>Ensuring Right First Time (RFT) culture with regard to Work Order management and execution <span>(Permits/LOTO/P&IDs/WO</span> Attachments/Vendor service reports) </span></li><li><span>Driving and promoting Good Manufacturing Practices, Good Documentation Practices and adherence with Standard Operating Procedures across the shift team.</span></li><li><span>Drive Reliability initiatives on Shift: CI projects, Support Toolbox Talks, PdM, Failure Codes, IVP, Surface imperfection, gasket management, correct torqueing etc.</span></li><li><span>Lead by example in demonstrating and encouraging BMS behaviours and values. </span></li><li><span>Support a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence</span></li><li><span>Ownership and promotion of improvement projects in work practices, equipment and a safe working environment</span><p><span>**This role will require successful candidate to attend site 15mins before start of shift</span></p></li></ul><p></p><ul><li><p><span><b>Requirements include:</b></span></p></li>
