Your Impact
As a High School Intern at Axon, you will gain real-world experience in engineering, technology, and product development while working with Seattle based R&D teams. This 8-week, paid internship provides an opportunity to explore STEM careers by working on cutting-edge projects that impact public safety.
Interns will collaborate with engineering and product teams to prototype new technologies, contribute to hands-on product development, and solve real-world technical challenges. Throughout the program, you will develop critical problem-solving skills, expand your technical expertise, and gain insights into career pathways in engineering and innovation.
Working alongside a small cohort of fellow interns, you’ll be part of a fast-paced, dynamic environment, engaging in mentorship, networking, and professional development opportunities with Axon’s industry professionals. Your Day-to-Day
Location: Seattle, WA
Reports To: Product Manager II
Program Time Commitment: This internship will run from June 23, 2025 - August 15, 2025
Pay: $20.76/hr
As an intern at Axon, you'll gain exposure to various areas of the business through engaging projects and valuable networking opportunities. Throughout your time here, you’ll have the chance to work on exciting initiatives, collaborate with industry professionals, and develop skills that will help shape your future. Some of the key experiences you’ll have include:
- Collaborate with the Seattle based R&D teams to work on current projects.
- Work closely with engineering and product teams to bring innovative ideas to life.
- Gain hands-on experience with Axon products, expanding your technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
- Attend informational sessions with Axon’s Learning and Development team to build your professional brand.
- Connect with early-career professionals at Axon to explore education and career opportunities in technology.
What You Bring:
- No prior work experience needed
- Background in STEM or Robotics is strongly encouraged
