What you'll do:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager to join our growing Product team at NinjaTrader! This position will support the product practice with a focus on Options on Futures. The ideal candidate will help the organization consistently deliver customer value at the highest levels possible by using their extensive experience and best practices to innovate, drive, and deliver impactful products and services that will differentiate our offerings and delight our clients.

In this role you will:

• Assist in aligning product vision with NinjaTrader's overall business strategy and long-term vision; exceeding the needs of our customers
• Turn vision into roadmaps and product reality while effectively managing product priorities
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development
• Build solutions for end customers and manage all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
• Contribute to all parts of the product lifecycle processes, including product research, market research, planning, positioning, roadmap development, and product launches
• Be an expert in NinjaTrader's products and how customers use them, including market and consumer studies and conducting A/B testing
• Understand operational processes and important metrics with an eye on creating efficiencies through internal product introduction or expansion
• Work with stakeholders across the business to identify new opportunities and help them understand how technology can better achieve their goals
• Understand NinjaTrader's current product position and keep a finger on the pulse of the competitive landscape to understand competitor value propositions and how they relate to NinjaTrader

What you'll need:

• An advanced level of expertise in the area of Options on Futures
• BA or MS degree in a technical field or equivalent working experience
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in trading operations and back office
• A unique blend of business and technical understanding that allows you to manage product development from creation through go-to-market
• Customer-centric mindset with the capability of translating that into product development
• Experience creating and managing product roadmaps and working in an Agile environment and with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum
• Experience collaborating with Marketing, Sales, Client Services, and Operations
• Team player mentality
