This is YOUR opportunity to be a vital part of a dynamic team, shaping the future of customer engagement on a global scale.<br/><br/>Key job responsibilities<br/>- Understand the various operations across the team.<br/>- Manage high severity requests by collaborating with different teams to mitigate risks to business, customer experience and associate experience.<br/>- Execute high impact mitigation actions using various tools.<br/>- Work closely with product teams and align them with respect to your focus area.<br/>- Enable effective decision making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into an actionable format.<br/>- Analyze and solve business problems with focus on understanding root causes and driving forward-looking opportunities.<br/>- Suggest changes for improvement of processes and amend SOP's once they are approved.<br/>- Plan and execute the identified projects by working with various teams.<br/>- Communicating complex analysis and insights to stakeholders and business leaders, both verbally and in writing.
