We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Systems Production Project Coordinator at our U.S. headquarters in Virginia Beach, Virginia!
The Systems Production Project Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the company’s strategic goals by coordinating and executing all aspects of system builds in accordance with cost, quality, schedule, and safety requirements. This cross-functional role is vital to ensuring project success through effective communication, scheduling, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate across departments to ensure project design meets customer requirements and industry standards.
- Establish project schedules and milestones with multiple teams.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to material shortages, capacity constraints, and missed milestones.
- Review shop packages for accuracy before production.
- Conduct project meetings and track progress.
- Monitor and report on cost, quality, schedule, and safety risks.
- Lead efforts in scheduling automation through Microsoft tools and SAP integration.
- Assess labor and product efficiency; recommend changes to build times.
- Drive continuous improvement and Lean initiatives to optimize workflow.
- Effectively communicate technical or commercial project changes internally and externally.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Experience
- A four-year college degree or two-year technical school diploma is required, preferably in Business, Technical Writing, Networking, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in project management with cross-functional departments.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Experience in industrial capital equipment design, rotating equipment, or system assembly: Preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and Microsoft Project).
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), particularly SAP: Preferred
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM): Preferred
- Must maintain a valid Driver’s License that meets Busch insurance standards.

Job Requirements
- Ability and willingness to pass a 10-panel drug screen, 7-year criminal history check
- Most felonies are a disqualifier, misdemeanors are considered on a case-by-case basis
- Must be willing and able to utilize all required PPE
- Willingness to travel domestically for training
Physical Requirements
- Frequent reaching outward, lifting/carrying/pushing pulling up to 25lbs
- Constant standing, walking, sitting, lifting/carrying/pushing pulling up to 15lbs
- Occasional climbing, squatting, kneeling, reaching above the shoulder, and lifting/carrying/pushing pulling up to 1
