The Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) Project Coordinator will focus on supporting the business continuity, operational compliance, and employee safety goals of the EH&S department. Supports project workflow documentation, complex quantitative and qualitative analysis, managing project logistics, and monitoring the success of project goals. In addition, actively manages of various committee meetings, agendas and minutes, document retention, purchasing and purchase order review, maintenance of data bases, and scheduling.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Must perform all duties and responsibilities in accordance with the hospital's policies and procedures, including its Service Standards and its Code of Conduct.
* Collaborates with program managers to improve efficiency and implement related programs or initiatives.
* Coordinates and prepares a wide range of logistic support, including: meeting set-up, documentation, material compilation, distributing meeting minutes and tracking follow-up items.
* Support of the team in structuring work and agreed upon key deliverables; tracks project completion status and updates teams on key deliverables; informs teams on upcoming milestones, deadlines and other key dates.
* Updates and maintains databases with documents and other relevant materials; manages database access.
* Analyzes data as necessary.
* Supports work that enhances enterprise compliance.
* Creates and maintains data dashboards and PowerPoint presentations that provide up to date results of program progress for the team.
* Support workflow project documentation.
* Serves as a resource to identify and research best practices, benchmarking data and other supporting documentation for various healthcare related topics; brainstorms with managers throughout course of project.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Any combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities as well as possession of any required licenses or certifications is qualifying.
Education: Bachelors degree in a related field.
Experience: One (1) year of progressively responsible and directly related work experience.
License/Certification: None
