Water Damage Restoration Crew Chief

We are aggressively seeking to hire a disaster restoration crew chief with experience producing and managing residential and/or commercial water and fire losses. Preferred skills include emergency response capabilities, after hours on call, customer service interactions, project sign up, project sketching, project scoping, project production, and insurance communications. Candidates have the opportunity to travel with our team to respond to cat events domestically and internationally.

This position requires self motivation and initiative. All candidates should be capable of managing multiple projects at time and capable of working in a team setting with technicians and project managers. All candidates should have above average customer service skills as our main goal is making happy customers.

Position is hourly plus overtime. 401k and benefits offered. Bonus structures also offered. 40 hours per week guaranteed.

Relocation packages and signing bonus available. Compensation: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
