Make a difference in the Portugal Region

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Key Account Manager to drive our success in the Portugal region. This is an exciting opportunity for a proven leader with a solid background in medical devices, pharma, or dental sales to define, implement, and continuously refine our sales strategy. You will directly manage and develop relationships with resellers, building trust with partners, end-users, and key opinion leaders across the region. This position reports to the Iberian Country Manager for Portugal and Spain. The position can be based in Lisbon or Porto and will involve some travel across the region.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement short- and long-term sales plans and deliver sales goals.
• Craft country-specific strategies tailored to the Portugal region.
• Develop and support reseller/dealer performance with structured follow-up.
• Deeply understand the needs of existing and potential customers in the dental market.
• Foster best in class customer experience throughout the sales process.
• Cultivate a culture of accountability and teamwork through leadership, communication, and relationship building.

Your Qualifications:

• Proven track record in achieving sales revenue goals and managing key accounts, typically within the medical device, pharma, or dental industry.
• Demonstrated experience with annual business planning, data analysis, forecasting, budget tracking, and resource utilization.
• Expertise in developing standards and processes for effective business management.
• Understanding and experience working in an international company with clear corporate values and guidelines.
• Ability to create and implement a clear sales process encompassing lead generation, sales, training, and support.

Additionally, you possess:

• Fluency in English. (Spanish is an added value)
