BMW of Minnetonka is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Part-Time Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a vital role in ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
• Schedule appointments and manage the dealership’s calendar
• Assist with customer inquiries and provide general information about our services
• Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized
• Handle basic administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and mail distribution
• Support the sales and service teams with various tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• A passion for the automotive industry and a willingness to learn

Hours:

Tuesday and Thursday evening 3:30 PM-7:00 PM

Saturdays 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (1-2 Saturdays per month).

High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required. Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence necessary for select roles.
