HybridRaytheon is supporting a U.S. Government customer on a large mission critical development and sustainment program to design, build, deliver, and operate a network operations environment, including introducing new cyber capabilities to address emerging threats.
The Linux/ICAM Systems Administrator will support Linux-based Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) applications providing account management (AAM), identity attribute synchronization, single sign-on authentication (SSO), and privileged access management (PAM) and credentialing services for on-prem and cloud environments.
Responsibilities
Provide ongoing systems administration, technical support, upgrades, and troubleshooting services for ICAM applications and infrastructure
Provide full coverage for Linux/Unix-based system administration functions to support the ICAM tool sets
This is a hands-on keyboard administrator position. The Linux/ICAM administrator will be responsible for the operations & maintenance life cycle of selected security focused access management technology
Install, configure, support, and maintain middleware (e.g., Apache Tomcat, Java, etc.) to support the ICAM tool sets
Manage and maintains all aspects of Linux-based PAM solutions such as CyberArk, Role Based Access Control (RBAC), and system health
Manage and maintain all aspects of Linux-based SaaS and network access solutions such as Zscaler
Submit Configuration Change requests and supervise ICAM Linux maintenance windows
Analyze and remediate vulnerabilities of ICAM Linux operating systems and components
Implement major and minor version Linux and ICAM upgrades
Manage day-to-day operations for ICAM applications deployed both on-prem and in AWS or Azure environments
Required Skills and/or Experience:
Must be a US Citizen
Must have an active Secret clearance and be able to obtain a TS/SCI clearance
Must be able to obtain DHS suitability prior to starting employment
8+ years of directly relevant experience in Linux environments
3+ years of directly relevant experience in ICAM systems, including troubleshooting, testing, and project management
Experience provisioning and deploying both large- and small-scale systems
Experience performing full product testing to the extent of the products capabilities as required by the customer and the program
Experience with one or more of the common scripting languages (e.g., SecureShell, JavaScript, PowerShell)
Able to collaborate with vendors to ensure customer needs are clearly understood and plugins or other customer requests accurately presented via vendor technical exchange communities
Desired Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
Ability to troubleshoot Linux-based and Windows-based ICAM systems, including network communications and monitoring alerts
Privileged Access Management solutions experience to include troubleshooting CyberArk Linux-based OS preferred
Knowledge of and experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), the Agile methodology, and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Completion and submission of certificate request forms for the creation of Certificate Authority (CA) certificates, along with the installation and configuration of certificates and certificate chains
RedHat Identity Manager (IDM), Satellite, Altiris, and Microsoft Active Directory (AD)
Desired Certification(s):
Relevant certifications required (Red Hat, Microsoft, Oracle, Solaris, UNIX, etc.)
Security+
Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA)
CompTIA Linux+
CyberArk Defender, Sentry, or Guardian
Required Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years of prior relevant work experience. Four (4) additional years of experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree
