Responsibilities for Biscuit Maker:

· Mix, cut and bake biscuits

· Restock supplies - biscuit mix, flour and buttermilk

· Wash dishes

· Clean equipment, including ovens

· Clean tables used to prepare the biscuits

· Sweep and mop station

Biscuit maker Physical Requirements:

· Lifting up to 35 lbs.

· Standing 90% of shift

· No sitting
