Senior Manager, Litigation Counsel - Hybrid

What you’ll need to succeed as a Senior Manager, Litigation Counsel at XPO

Minimum qualifications:

• 5 years of litigation experience with effective management of routine and complex litigation matters including case strategy, discovery, and resolution.
• Experience developing insightful, value-added, and actionable analyses with detailed explanations regarding the drivers of those results.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Word)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong writing skills, attention to detail, and organizational skills

Preferred qualifications:

• 7+ years experience in litigation, including transportation litigation, management of outside counsel, and case management from outset to resolution, including trials and appeals.
• Significant experience in case strategy development, discovery, and motion practice.
• Experience with intellectual property matters, including UDRP and takedown demands.
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically, work independently, and drive matters to swift, favorable outcomes
• Experience composing thorough and detailed written technical documentation, procedures, manuals, etc
• Ability to produce unambiguous, comprehensive, and accurate interpretations.
• Effective organizational, leadership, and presentation skills.
• Strong business focus with demonstrated ability to act in partnership with management teams
