The Boeing Company is seeking an Experienced MQ-25 Test Conductor to join our team in Patuxent River, MD.  This position will be responsible for preparing, executing, and reporting out on MQ-25 Flight Test events. This position will support the EMD test program and be a member of the MQ-25 Integrated Test Team.

The Test Conductor position will be based out of Patuxent River, MD, but will start supporting the Test Program in Mascoutah, IL. This position will be based out of Mascoutah, IL for approximately 6 to 12 months.

Position Responsibilities Include:

• Conduct Pre & Post Flight Briefings and manage the test execution of MQ-25 Test Events
• Support development efforts for MQ-25 Test Plans
• Prepare test cards utilizing approved MQ-25 Test Plans
• Manage aircraft test schedule
• Coordinate engineering support required for MQ-25 Test Events
• Train and mentor Flight Test Engineers
• Prepare and publish test reports to document test results and satisfy requirements
• Present test results internally and externally
• Archive data and reports
• Work under general direction
• Work with Navy teammates to deliver aircraft to the USN fleet.

 Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science  
• 5+ years of developmental flight test experience
• Experience leading or conducting complex flight testing in an integrated test team environment

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.)
• Military flight test experience
• Unmanned flight test experience

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.  

Summary pay range: $102,000 – $138,000

Security Clearance:

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
