At FF, we’re creating something new, something connected, and something with a true global impact.</p> <p><strong>Your Role</strong></p> <p>As a Junior FP&A Analyst, you will support core FP&A execution, including forecasting, variance analysis, financial reporting, and model maintenance, in a fast‑paced public‑company environment. You will partner closely with senior FP&A leadership, accounting, and cross‑functional teams to deliver accurate, timely, and decision‑ready financial insights. Success in this role requires analytical rigor, ownership, learning agility, and clear communication.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Maintain and update financial models supporting budgets, forecasts, and reforecasts</li> <li>Support monthly close, forecasting, and management reporting aligned with public‑company standards</li> <li>Reconcile FP&A outputs to accounting actuals and support SEC reporting consistency</li> <li>Perform variance analysis and explain key performance drivers</li> <li>Prepare management reports with KPIs, trends, and insights</li> <li>Assist with cash flow forecasting, burn‑rate analysis, and liquidity monitoring</li> <li>Identify financial risks, trends, and anomalies and escalate insights as needed</li> <li>Partner with teams to ensure spend aligns with budgets and priorities</li> <li>Improve FP&A processes, models, and reporting workflows</li> <li>Support financial analysis for new initiatives (robotics, intelligent systems, digital assets)</li> </ul> <p><strong>Basic Qualifications:</strong> </p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field</li> <li>2–3 years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis</li> <li>Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis</li> <li>Advanced Excel skills and MS Office proficiency</li> <li>Strong communication skills and attention to detail</li> <li>Ability to work in a fast‑paced, evolving environment</li> <li>Curiosity and interest in automotive, technology, and robotics sectors</li> <li>Ability to work on-site in Los Angeles, CA. </li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred Qualifi
