Schedule: Night Shifts (Rotating Weekends)

Compensation & Incentives

• 2 years of experience: $30.69/hour
• 5 years of experience: $33.71/hour
• 17+ years of experience: $43.20/hour
• Shift Differentials:
  • Nights: $4.25/hour
  • Weekends: $3.00/hour
• Sign-On Bonus: $20,000
• Relocation Assistance: Available on a case-by-case basis

Position Overview

Join our Inpatient Surgical Unit, a key part of the Med-Surg team at a leading medical center. This role is ideal for dedicated nurses who excel in a fast-paced, structured environment while providing high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care in a 45-bed inpatient surgical unit
• Conduct thorough patient assessments, develop care plans, and ensure continuity of care
• Manage a 7:1 nurse-to-patient ratio, maintaining efficiency and clinical excellence
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of one year of recent acute care RN experience (within the last four years)
• Licensure:
  • Active Florida RN license or a Compact RN license (must obtain FL licensure within 90 days of hire)
• Certifications:
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required upon hire
