What You'll Do:
- Client in 190+ countries
- Provide onsite and remote support for Windows and Apple laptops/desktops (iMac) including installations, moves, additions, and changes; troubleshoot and resolve issues on Windows, macOS, and mobile devices; support executive/VIP users and perform AV system health checks.
- Manage hardware refreshes, warranty repairs, equipment redeployment, printer installation, configuration, and break/fix support; oversee inventory, asset tagging, depot operations, and coordinate equipment shipments, returns, and asset reclaim.
- Maintain asset management systems and provide weekly inventory/outflow reports; collaborate with external vendors for hardware repairs and field dispatch; ensure all service requests and incidents are tracked, resolved timely, and comply with internal standards and policies.
- 3–5 years of experience in IT support roles with proficiency in Windows 10, macOS, Microsoft Office Suite, imaging and deploying Windows OS, and understanding of basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, Ethernet, Windows Networking).
- Experience supporting networked printers, AV systems, asset management, and inventory tracking, combined with outstanding customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 lbs, valid driver’s license, and access to a personal vehicle.
- Preferred experience in the automotive manufacturing industry, MCP and/or A+ Certifications, and background in help desk or call center environments.
- Skilled in spreadsheet and reporting tools, strong written documentation and reporting abilities, and experience supporting executive-level users.
