Compassionate Nurse Leaders Make It PossibleThe New York-Presbyterian Alexandra Cohen Hospital for Women and Newborns is a leader in providing outstanding, compassionate, personalized care to pregnant women, newborn babies and their families. Opened in August 2020, the 222,000 square foot facility occupies the top five-and-a-half floors of the New York-Presbyterian David H. Koch Center and features: 75 private rooms and well-baby bassinets, 60 private neonatal intensive care isolettes, 16 labor and delivery rooms, five operating rooms, 20 maternal critical assessment and treatment rooms, and 15 ultrasound rooms, which offer state-of-the-art visualization. It is the first facility in New York City to have MRI capabilities and an operating room in its neonatal intensive care unit.
As a Patient Care Director, manage all aspects of care post-partum, including fiscal, operational and clinical quality. Foster autonomy and patient focus. This position is located at The New York-Presbyterian Alexandra Cohen Hospital for Women and Newborns location.
Preferred Criteria:
- Certification in specialty
Minimum two years of management experience within a large academic medical center
Experience in Womens Healthcare
Master’s degree in nursing
Required Criteria
· BSN
· Master’s degree in nursing or related field if already holds a BSN degree. If currently pursuing a master’s degree, must obtain within 1 year of hire. Either bachelor’s or graduate degree must be in nursing.
· A minimum of 3 years of OB clinical experience
· NYS RN License
· Demonstrated leadership skills/experience

Salary Range:
