JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Housing and Food Services has student openings available in our housing maintenance operation.
Job Duties
Typical duties will include but not be limited to:
- Change light bulbs.
- Perform minor maintenance.
- Assist full time maintenance staff.
- Complete monthly visual inspections.
- Receive, move sort, store and deliver equipment, furnishings and operational supplies.
Wages start at $13.25 per hour. This opening is 40 hours per week. Typical schedules are Monday – Friday 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., but days and hours will vary based on operational needs. Weekend and evening may be included but will vary.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Successful candidates must be full time students through the end of the Spring 2024 Semester as well as during the Fall 2024 Semester.
- May require the ability to work in an outdoor environment in adverse weather conditions including extreme heat and cold.

The ASR includes crime statistics and institutional policies concerning campus security, such as those concerning alcohol and drug use, crime prevention, the reporting of crimes, sexual assault, and other matters.
