What you'll get to do:
- Be a part of Project Team.
- Handle our customers’ device prototypes (unpacking, labelling, inventorization, tracking, verifying installation/flashing instructions, maintaining wiki page, upgrading firmware)
- Perform automation and manual tests
- Perform 1st level analysis of bugs and issues raised by client as well as found internally (reproduce, compare to existing/known bugs/problems, analyze the circumstances/testing conditions, reassign to appropriate team)
- Maintain test statistics and reports, mapping failed tests to tickets in bug tracking system
- Full-time office work
Main requirements for the role:
- Minimum 1 years of experience in Software Testing
- Excellent communication and analysis skills
- Engineer mindset, Love to play with the Hardware.
- Lot of patience for doing manual tests, maintaining test reports, cooperation with client engineers directly from different cultures.
- Very good spoken and written English (B2).
- Knowledge of Linux.
- Willingness and solid attitude to take initiative and responsibility
- Full time office work.
- ISTQB - Foundation Level
- Knowledge of: JIRA / Confluence / Xray
- Knowledge of Digital TV standards: DVB / IPTV
- Knowledge of Testing Tools: Jenkins / PyTest
- Programming skills: JavaScript / Python/Bash
- Customer support experience
