Project Control Analyst, Junior

Key Role:

Interface with senior project and program leadership and develop and maintain complex financial models and monthly contractual financial deliverables. Monitor and deliver program financial performance metrics, including job profit, revenue recognition, bottom-up forecasting, and risk. Collaborate with program teams and corporate colleagues to resolve financial, contractual, and operational challenges. Perform analyses touching upon current program financial performance, program risk management, cash collection, days sales outstanding (DSO) Management, contractual compliance issues, and Project Management Review (PMR) and Internal Program Review (IPR) support.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience with financial planning and analysis or project controls

• Experience with analysis of growth and cash flow management

• Experience with bottoms-up forecast preparation and submittal

• Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel

• Knowledge of Program or Project PMR and IPR preparation and support

• Knowledge of Program or Project spend plan analysis, and cost validation forecast verification and management

• Knowledge of Program or Project risk analysis and reporting

• Ability to serve as a trusted advisor and partner on all financial matters, summarizing and socializing the financial snapshot of the program, to help enable business leaders and senior leaders to achieve their strategic and operational goals

• Bachelor's degree
