We may be the right place for you, so get in touch! </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>What You’ll Accomplish:</p><ul><li>Take responsibility for the hardware system design, and realisation of a complex, large-scale electronics control system. </li><li>Design, build and test electronic products using your skills of analogue and digital circuit design together with industry-standard CAD packages and test equipment. </li><li>Write the documentation of your electronics circuits and verification tests. </li><li>Develop your experience in a broad range of electronics engineering subject areas. </li><li>Maintain the multidisciplinary collaboration with mechanical engineers, software engineers, and physicists, working towards a common goal. </li><li>Play a key role in building control systems for quantum computers. </li><li>Maintain UQs’ position of using state-of-the-art electronics solutions. </li><li>Help in the planning and scheduling of projects, reporting progress and issues. </li><li>Engage with project planning activities, risk management, and scheduling requirements. </li><li>Help with fast turnaround proof of concepts and feasibility discussions. </li><li>Develop a thorough understanding of the firmware and software used to control quantum computers. </li></ul>
