We are looking for a Senior Customer Service Agent for the Customer Experience based in our offices in Heraklion, Crete!

Responsibilities

• This role typically involves providing advanced customer support and acting as a resource for other agents.

• Senior agents often handle more complex customer inquiries and issues that require specialized knowledge or experience.

• They may also assist in training new agents, providing guidance and support, and helping to improve overall team performance.

• Senior agents may have some leadership responsibilities, such as mentoring junior team members or assisting with team coordination, but they generally report to higher-level managers.

Requirements

• Desirable studies in higher education institution/ TEI/ IEK

• Desirable work experience in a similar position in call center or customer support or sales

• Excellent written and spoken communication skills

• Good knowledge of English language

• Familiarity with computer use (internet, social media etc.)

• Strong communication skills

• Team spirit

• Ability to identify client needs

• Self-motivation and responsibility

• Love for sports and well being
