On Call Event Staff- Copper & Kings

Job Description

• Maintains an uncompromised professionalism and composure at all times and all situations.
• Shares a passion for product and providing exceptional guest experiences with effortless suggestions and honest salesmanship.
• Educates guests in an honest way about our product, process, and history.  
• Ensures guest expectations are being met by executing proper sequence of service, moving with purpose, confidence, and efficiency at all times.
• Maintains the details of table and restaurant cleanliness in all areas of the building, throughout all hours.
• Completes set-up, side work and closing tasks as assigned and/or directed in a timely manner.
• Works closely with the Event Lead or Event Manager to ensure all tasks are being completed thoroughly, correctly, and efficiently during the shift.
• Values the importance of internal hospitality and the necessary team environment this promotes.
• Effective in time management and accountability as shifts are scheduled one to three weeks in advance

Minimum Qualifications:

• One year of experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment, in a server and/or bartender position. 
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed (must have flexible schedule)
• Effective communication skills and ability to maintain composure in high stress environment.
• Commitment to deliver an outstanding customer experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• General knowledge and enthusiasm for craft distilling and spirits
• One year experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment, in a bartender position.

Physical Requirements/Work Environment:

• Works outdoors/indoors
• Works in warm/cold climates
• Works in high places
• Works on wet surfaces
• Is exposed to loud noise, fumes and/or toxic chemicals
• Works near moving, mechanical parts and lift truck traffic
• Must be able to move up to 55 lbs

Must be at least 21 years of age. Must be able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time and work on a computer for extended periods. Lifting may be required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
