We’re seeking a full-time Personal Trainer to lead training sessions, connect with members, and drive personal training conversions. This role involves a mix of training, client engagement, and administrative duties to create a well-rounded coaching experience.

Schedule:

• Split Shifts: 
  • M-Th 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM and 3:30 PM – 7:30 PM
  • F or Sat 7 AM - 12 PM
    
    

Compensation:

• Average earnings of $20/hour with the potential for higher income based on Sales
  
  
• Compensation structure includes:
  
  
  • Training rate – for coaching sessions (large group, small group, and 1-on-1)
    
    
  • Admin rate – for outreach, gym upkeep, and client communication
    
    
  • Commission – for personal training sales
    
    

Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
