Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a dynamic executive calendar with speed and precision
- Act as the gatekeeper for communications; email, calls, and requests
- Coordinate internal and/or external meetings and prepare briefing materials
- Handle complex travel planning and last-minute itinerary changes
- Draft, edit, and format professional documents and presentations
- Partner with senior leadership across HR, Finance, and Operations
- Oversee office logistics, vendor relationships, and team support
- Plan events and provide backup support to other executives as needed
Key Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience providing executive-level support to C-suite executives in the government contracting (GovCon) sector or senior military leadership
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Demonstrates exceptional judgment, high emotional intelligence, and a commanding professional presence
- Outstanding organizational skills and a proactive, solutions-first mindset
- U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain a Top-Secret clearance
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to work occasional evenings/weekends
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- Experience in government contracting or national security environments
- Strong written communication and editing skills
