About the role: We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Experienced Auditor to join our team in Athens. In this role, you will play a key part in leading audit engagements and supporting our clients by delivering high-quality, insightful audit services. As an experienced member of the team, you will also guide and mentor junior auditors, helping to uphold the quality and integrity of our work. Key duties & Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Lead day-to- day fieldwork and conduct audit engagements from start to finish.
• Interact with clients to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions and exceptional client services with a focus on quality and responsiveness.
• Draft detailed audit reports and communicate findings to clients, along with actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Supervise and mentor junior auditors, providing guidance throughout the audit process while fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Stay informed about changes in industry regulations and accounting standards to ensure audits meet compliance requirements.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve audit processes and methodologies.
• Support the development and implementation of best practices to enhance organizational compliance and efficiency.
• Work seamlessly with other service lines and practice areas to offer comprehensive services.
• Uphold the highest standards of business ethics in all activities.
• Ensure all work is accurate, thorough, and completed to the highest professional standards.
• Participate in professional development and training opportunities to stay updated with auditing practices and regulations.

We are looking for a professional who aligns with our values and has the following qualifications and skills:

Qualifications

• Experience: At least three (3) years of solid experience in audit, preferably in a professional services environment.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Auditing, Risk Management, or a related field.
• Qualifications: Professional certification (ACCA, ACA, JES, SOEL) completed or in progress.
• Audit Expertise: Ability to execute and manage multiple audit engagements, assess risks, and evaluate internal controls.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel); familiarity with audit tools is a plus.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in Greek and English, both written and verbal.
