Job Description

Step into a pivotal Executive Assistant role where you’ll be the organizational backbone of a fast-paced events company. This position offers the perfect blend of strategic support and hands-on coordination, allowing you to work directly with executive leadership while managing multiple exciting event projects simultaneously. You’ll be at the center of communication flow, ensuring seamless operations across all company initiatives. This role provides excellent growth potential in the events industry while offering the flexibility of remote work and the satisfaction of seeing your organizational skills bring major events to life.


Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level administrative support and coordinate strategic meetings for executive leadership
  • Serve as a key communication liaison, attending meetings and facilitating information flow from leadership to operational teams
  • Oversee coordination activities for approximately 5 dynamic events throughout the year
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and touchpoints
  • Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to engage the client base
  • Support intensive event preparation phases with increased coordination and administrative oversight
  • Handle confidential business information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in an executive assistant or similar administrative role
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to interact professionally at all organizational levels
  • Strong project management capabilities with experience juggling multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Demonstrated reliability and professional demeanor in fast-paced environments
  • Comfort level working with sensitive and confidential business information
  • Willingness to execute a Non-Disclosure Agreement to protect proprietary business information
  • Availability to work Pacific Time business hours (10am-2pm, Monday through Friday)
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
