Assistant Vice President - Events and Experience

JOB PURPOSE

Develop and lead the strategic events and experiences plan for Aldar Development, ensuring alignment with business objectives, project launches, sales priorities, and brand positioning.

Drive the planning, governance, and execution of high-impact events, activations, and customer experiences that strengthen brand equity, generate commercial value, and enhance customer engagement.

Leverage integrated marketing strategies and event platforms to support business growth, reinforce brand messaging, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop short and long-term event strategies and annual event calendars aligned with Aldar Development's business objectives, project launches, and customer engagement plans.

Lead the planning, development, and execution of corporate events, project launches, broker events, customer activations, community events, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.

Translate business objectives into innovative event concepts that enhance customer experience, increase brand awareness, and support sales performance.

Manage the complete event lifecycle including concept development, planning, budgeting, procurement, production, execution, post-event evaluation, and continuous improvement.

Ensure all events are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with Aldar's governance, HSE requirements, brand standards, and quality expectations.

Develop, monitor, and control annual event budgets and individual project budgets, ensuring efficient utilization of resources and maximum return on investment.

Lead the appointment, management, and performance evaluation of event agencies, production companies, consultants, and suppliers to ensure successful project delivery.

Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Development, Communications, Digital, CRM, Retail, Hospitality, Procurement, Legal, Finance, and other internal stakeholders to ensure integrated project delivery.

Establish project governance frameworks, implementation plans, risk registers, and contingency plans to ensure operational excellence across all events.
