Job Summary

As part of the Large Business Markets organization, the Intern is responsible for playing a crucial role in reviewing, updating, and creating process documentation across multiple brands and systems, assisting in general project and change management functions cross departmentally, and completing data clean-up and reporting.
This role works with the Sales Enablement team, ensuring sellers, support analyst, and operations have the necessary tools to complete their day-to-day roles and responsibilities.

Job Description

Key Accountabilities•Project Management: Support project managements tasks ensuring projects are well organized, deadline are being met, and stakeholders are effectively communicated to.•Process Documentation: Assist in reviewing existing documentation and updating or creating process documents to ensure relevant information is captured for all brands. •Reporting: Working with large amounts of data to provide analysis and reporting to necessary parties. •Data Clean-Up: Assist in data-clean up tasks to ensure information is accurate and up to date.Education, Experience, and Skill Requirements•Detail oriented, ability to mange multiple tedious tasks and deadlines•Ability to gather research and organize findings logically•Solid skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel •Effective verbal and written communication skills with an openness to feedback•Ability to work on a team with internal and external stakeholders•Experience gained through college degree programs and/or certifications is applicable to above skills•Willingness to learn and take on new challenges•Salesforce experience a plus•Documentation tool (SharePoint, Seismic) experience a plus
