Job Description

We are looking for an experienced A-Level Technician with a strong focus on quality work and exceptional diagnostic skills. The successful candidate will perform complex repairs, maintenance, and diagnostics on various makes and models of vehicles, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced diagnostics to identify and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
  
  
• Perform high-quality repairs in a timely fashion
  
  
• Ensure all work meets industry standards and company quality guidelines.
  
  
• Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and efficiency.
  
  
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
  
  

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years as an A-Level Technician or similar role.
  
  
• Skills:
  
  
  • Exceptional diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
    
    
  • Proficiency with scan-tools, multimeters, and other diagnostic equipment
    
    
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
    
    
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams.
    
    
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
    
    
  • Posses a positive attitude that reinforces a great culture and workplace
    
    
• Certifications: Maine State inspection license and ASE certifications preferred
  
  
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical school or associate degree in relevant field, e.g., Automotive Technology, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering is a plus.
  
  
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and work in various conditions.

Compensation: $32.00 - $45.00 per hour
