What You Will Do

  • Travel up to 10% both domestic and international.

What You Will Learn:

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Typically requires University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 8 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 14  years of relevant experience

  • Experience managing development programs, adept in handling cost, quality, and schedule while leading cross-functional teams.

  • Experience with Microsoft Project (or similar integrated project scheduling software) and experience in MS Excel.

  • Change management experience.

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Customer-facing experience as a project/program manager.

  • Previous engagement with operations/manufacturing engineering in the aerospace industry.

  • Experience with dependencies and critical path analysis in scheduling software.

  • PMP Certification

  • Experience with military programs
