Talent Management Business Partner

Salary Range: $79,350 - $126,170 Annually

This is a contract position, and the expected length of the contract is August 2025 - January 2026

Job Title: Talent Management Business Partner, Contract

Location: Hybrid - Three days onsite, combination of clinic and administrative office, and two days remote.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday

About the Role

We’re on the lookout for a contract Talent Management Business Partner (TMBP) who’s passionate about people, workplace culture, and helping teams do their best work. In this role, you’ll be a go-to partner for our leaders and staff—offering guidance on everything from employee relations and performance coaching to navigating change and building team morale. If you're a relationship-builder, problem-solver, and culture-champion all in one—you'll feel right at home here.

What You’ll Do

• Get to know your assigned teams and support their goals and day-to-day operations
• Help resolve employee concerns through thoughtful conversations and fair investigations
• Coach managers on performance management, feedback, and development strategies
• Build inclusive, positive work environments where people feel recognized and supported
• Partner with HR teams on leaves, accommodations, policies, and compliance
• Support learning and development programs that help our people grow
• Collaborate on cross-functional projects that make HealthPoint an even better place to work

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in employee relations or as an HR/talent business partner
• A natural communicator who listens well and leads with empathy
• Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and DEI principles
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent combo of experience and education)
• Bonus points for healthcare experience and HR certifications like PHR or SHRM-CP
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office tools and HCM systems
• Valid WA Driver’s License with a good driving record
