WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
A strategic finance professional with a passion for building finance operating structures, piloting processes, and educating cross-functional teams. The Director, Strategic Financial Operations, will work closely with the Leadership, Accounts, GTM and Business Operations teams to drive data-informed business strategy and financial clarity across the global agency.
A successful candidate will have a strategic mindset, strong collaboration skills, financial expertise, and the ability to work at multiple levels—from high-level commercial strategy to day-to-day financial details. They will develop and execute robust financial analysis and modeling, provide forecasting insights, and assess pricing strategies to optimize profitability. With a keen eye on margin analysis, they will identify opportunities for improved financial performance and articulate key business impacts to stakeholders. This role requires the ability to engage with diverse teams and build trusted partnerships in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
YOU SHOULD HAVE
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in either Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong financial management and strategic analysis skills.
- Proficient in Excel and data analysis tools.
- Ability to collaborate and partner effectively with a variety of financial and non-financial stakeholders.
- Comfort collaborating across global time zones with distributed teams.
- Demonstrated multi-currency budgeting and FX experience.
- Working knowledge of global tax policies (e.g., VAT) and cross-border invoicing for services.
- Highly adaptable and independent thinker.
- Excellent communicator and strong time management abilities.
- Experience with building and maintaining trust.
- Effective analytical, modeling, and presentation skills.
- High attention to detail and demonstrated ability to drive process improvements.
- Demonstrated experience working independently and as part of a team.
- Prioritize, manage multiple projects, and effectively perform within tight time constraints.
- Successfully perform in high-stress, fast-paced environments.
