Job Description:At FASTSIGNS of Springfield, we are seeking a dedicated Operations Manager to join our small and growing team (10). The ideal candidate will be responsible for smooth day-to-day operations as well as improving our efficiency (sales, design, manufacture, install cycles).  This is a FULL TIME position, Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead teams to achieve high standards of productivity and service daily.
• Assist in developing and executing company policies and strategies.
• Manage budgeting processes, optimizing costs and enhancing profitability.
• Continuously analyze and improve operational processes to achieve excellence, implementing technology as applicable.
• Foster a positive workplace culture by supporting talent development.
• Communicate effectively to maintain transparency across all levels of the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in operational management and leadership roles.
• Strong financial acumen with expertise in budget and report management.
• Excellent strategic planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Commitment to our company's mission and values with a passion for fostering a culture of success.
• LEAN Manufacturing experience welcome.

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
